Mobile App Developer (Flutter)

We are looking for a skilled Flutter Mobile App Developer to build, maintain, and scale high-quality mobile applications that support our operations across real estate, construction, surveying, property management, and engineering services. You will work closely with product and operations teams to create seamless digital experiences for clients and staff.

1. Develop high-performance cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
2. Integrate APIs, databases, and backend services to ensure smooth app functionality.
3. Translate UI/UX mockups into responsive and scalable mobile interfaces.
4. Maintain and improve existing apps, enhance features, and fix bugs.
5. Collaborate with designers, engineers, and business teams to deliver product requirements.
6. Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and clean architecture.
7. Implement best practices for security, performance, and data integrity.
8. Deploy apps on Android and iOS platforms and manage updates.

1. Proven work experience as a Flutter Developer (show portfolio or apps built).
2. Strong knowledge of Dart and cross-platform app development.
3. Experience with REST APIs, Firebase, MySQL, or other backend services.
