6. Booking and Appointment Scheduling

By booking an appointment or consultation through our Site, you agree to the following:

• Minimum Notice: You must schedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to cancellation fees
• No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation may result in fees or suspension of booking privileges

• Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. It is your responsibility to verify the appointment details

7. Job Applications

If you apply for a position through our Site, you agree to the following:

• We may conduct background checks as permitted by law

8. Pricing and Payment

8.1 Pricing

All prices quoted on the Site are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Service quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in the quote.

8.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement or quote. Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, mobile money, and other methods as specified at the time of transaction. Invoices are due as specified in the terms provided.

8.3 Late Payment

Payments not received by the due date may result in service suspension, late fees, or legal action to collect outstanding amounts.

8.4 Refunds

Refund policies are specific to each service and will be outlined in the individual service terms. Generally, we do not provide refunds for services rendered unless defective or not in compliance with the service agreement. Consultation services are non-refundable once completed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Bomach Group of Company, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or 100,000 NGN if you have not made any payments.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
